Why a plan instead of "we'll call when we need it"?
Because nobody calls. Per NFPA data, failure to clean is the leading factor in home dryer fires — not faulty machines, just lint nobody dealt with. And duct systems degrade on the same silent schedule: a little more dust each season until allergies flare and the system runs longer for the same comfort. The entire value of the Care Plan is that the remembering stops being your job.
It's also the honest version of a maintenance plan: the yearly duct visit is an inspection, not an automatic cleaning. If the camera shows clean metal, you hear "you're good — see you next year." You only ever pay for cleaning your ducts actually need, at 10% off when they need it.

What does the Care Plan cost and what's in it?
One flat $179 per year: annual dryer vent cleaning, an annual air duct video inspection we schedule proactively, priority booking, 10% off any additional services, and a 12-month workmanship warranty on member jobs.
Can I cancel?
Yes — the plan renews yearly and you can cancel anytime before renewal. No cancellation fees.
Does the plan include a full duct cleaning?
It includes a full video inspection every year. If the camera shows your ducts need cleaning, members get a flat written quote at 10% off. If they're clean, you pay nothing extra — that honesty is the whole design.
I have two dryers / a multi-unit home. Does it cover that?
