Welcome to E Cleaning Duct & Vent Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"), a Pennsylvania licensed contractor (PA 187935) located at 555 S Goddard Blvd, King of Prussia, PA 19406. By scheduling a service, making a payment, or submitting any form on our website, you agree to the following terms.

Terms of Service

1. Estimates & scope of work

Every job begins with a free inspection, after which we provide a flat written quote before any work starts. The written quote defines the full scope of work; nothing is added to the invoice without your prior approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

2. Payment terms

Full payment is due immediately upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in signed writing before service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Financing is available through Wisetack (subject to credit approval; loans issued by Hatch Bank).

• Returned checks incur a $50 NSF fee and may be subject to legal or collection action.
• Balances unpaid after 24 hours incur a $75 late fee and 1.5% monthly interest.
• After 7 days, unpaid balances may be referred to collections, and you will be liable for all related costs, legal fees, and administrative charges.

3. Chargebacks & payment disputes

By hiring us, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first providing written notice and giving us 5 business days to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without doing so triggers a $150 administrative fee, may result in immediate collections or legal action, and makes you liable for all related costs, including time billed at $250/hour for dispute response and preparation. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Price Match Guarantee

We will match a competitor's price when all of the following are met:

• A valid written quote is provided before service;
• The quote is from a licensed, insured competitor;
• The scope of work and materials are identical.

We reserve the right to verify the quote's accuracy and to decline unreasonable or unverifiable requests.

5. Warranty (6 months)

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on workmanship, starting on the service date. Covered: issues caused by our labor. Not covered: pre-existing problems; equipment or system failure; poor system maintenance; and external causes such as pests, weather, or age. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection.

6. Refund policy — all sales are final

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once services have been performed. If you are unsatisfied with our work, notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion and we will make a good-faith effort to address valid workmanship concerns — including re-inspecting and re-performing the affected work at no charge under our 6-month workmanship warranty. Claims made after 48 hours, or concerning issues unrelated to our workmanship, are handled at our discretion. Qualifying jobs booked through Google Local Services may additionally be covered by Google Guaranteed money-back protection up to $2,000; that program is offered and administered solely by Google, subject to Google's terms, and does not create any refund obligation on the part of E Cleaning Duct & Vent Cleaning.

7. Cancellations & no-shows

You may cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or customer no-shows, incur a $75 missed-appointment fee. Technicians wait up to 15 minutes before marking a job as missed.

8. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide clear, safe access to work areas; secure pets; remove fragile or valuable items from work areas; and disclose any known system issues, damage, or hazards. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional fees.

9. Limitations of liability

E Cleaning Duct & Vent Cleaning is not liable for: pre-existing damage; hidden system hazards (mold, pests, asbestos, faulty wiring); equipment failure due to unrelated causes; or cosmetic, indirect, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Photo & video documentation

We may document our work with photos or video for liability protection, internal training, insurance or dispute resolution, and marketing purposes. No personal information is ever shared. By accepting service, you grant us permission to take and use this documentation.

11. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time, particularly if work conditions are unsafe or unsanitary; there is verbal abuse, threats, or unsafe behavior; or system access is blocked or damaged. No refund will be issued if service is refused due to customer noncompliance.

12. No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee system performance, air quality, or energy savings after service — these depend on system condition, installation quality, maintenance, and other external factors. Our responsibility is limited to cleaning and workmanship only.

13. Governing law & enforcement

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Montgomery County, PA. You agree to cover all legal fees, court costs, time billed at $250/hour, and any third-party collection costs required to enforce these terms.

14. Electronic & verbal agreement

By accepting an estimate or invoice, scheduling service (by phone, text, online, or email), or allowing service to be performed, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, and service details, along with communication history related to scheduling, service, or follow-up.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and perform services, provide customer support, send appointment confirmations and follow-ups, and — only if you consent — send promotions.

3. Consent to SMS and email marketing

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, CallRail call tracking, and the Meta Pixel to measure marketing performance and improve the site. These tools may set cookies; you can limit or clear cookies in your browser settings. Payment processing and financing are handled by their respective providers (e.g. Wisetack) under their own privacy policies.

5. Data sharing & protection

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We may share your information with service providers strictly to fulfill your request (for example, payment processors). All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
