I called this company as i have a newborn and needed to clean the ducts, the people that lived here had dogs german shepherd and husky which shredded a lot they also smoked so we decided that we need a cleaning, the price was more than fair, the technician (i think his name is Amaro) was very professional, kind and friendly he explained everything he was going to do step by step and why, everything was quick but well done, i will keep this company for the maintenance and anything we need about the havac!! So I was skeptical about calling different companies because of a lot of scams and people messing up or stealing or even lying but I gave a chance to this company and a tech named Amaro came in and was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job!! Flexible payments and willing to work with you! I called other companies and they wasn't willing to do that but again Amaro was very kind and helpful! And as soon as he was done I actually heard my central air start working compared to before I barely heard anything working. I dont care about if somebody else had better prices. What I care about is trust, transparency, honesty, and somebody who actually knows what they are doing. Again I am definitely going to be using this company again in the future! Great job!!

Because we have allergies we opted for the sanitizer treatment. Also to prevent further nesting in dryer vent Amaro installed a grate. Amaro was quick and efficient. I would recommend them for their service.

Cannot reccomend E Cleaning Duct & Vent Cleaning enough. I dropped my engagement ring AND cell phone down my bathroom vent. Every company I called said they didn't have availability for 2 days and would probably need to cut into my dry wall. When I called Eden and Ben, they were not only super optimistic and reassuring they would find the items, but they also came right after they finished the job they were on (> 60 min, on a Sunday!!). Upon arrival, they found my ring and phone, retrieved them, and resealed the pipe within 10 minutes. They were super polite and efficient. I cannot thank and recommend their services enough !!
